Shipping policy
At Tamed Organics, we maintain strong inventory levels and take pride in shipping orders quickly and efficiently.
Shipping Options
- Free Standard Shipping is available on all qualifying U.S. orders.
- Discounted 2-Day Express Shipping is available for customers who would like their orders delivered faster.
Order Processing
Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST are typically shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will generally ship the following business day.
Orders placed on Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Tamed Organics is not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped after payment of any additional shipping charges.
Customers who choose to cancel an order returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to a restocking fee.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost, damaged, or missing after shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. Tracking information is provided for all orders once shipped.
