Return Policy for Tamed Organics Products
We stand behind our products and offer a 90-day return policy on eligible products.
Important Scabies Product Exception
Due to the highly contagious nature of scabies, we cannot accept returns of scabies treatment products. This policy applies to:
- Extreme Scabies Cream
- Scabies Body Wash & Shampoo
- Mite Marvel Spray
- Any treatment kits containing these products

How To Return An Eligible Product
- Returns must include all containers and product packaging, whether full, partially used, or empty. A return authorization number is not required.
- Please include your order number and/or the name used when placing the order.
- Ship your return to:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately two business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Lost Shipments & Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Tamed Organics is not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for packages that are lost after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
All orders are typically shipped within 24 hours or less from our Atlanta, Georgia-area warehouse. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information and shipment updates via email so you can monitor its progress.
If a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, any claim or investigation must be initiated directly with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the package may be reshipped after payment of any additional shipping charges.
Customers who choose to cancel an order returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to a restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been processed and approved.

Important Scabies Product Policy Exception
Due to the highly contagious nature of scabies, we cannot accept returns of scabies treatment products.
While we are confident in the effectiveness of our solutions when used as directed, we cannot accept returns of these products due to the potential risk of contamination and transmission.
This policy applies to both individual purchases and treatment kits containing any of the following products:
- Extreme Scabies Cream
- Scabies Body Wash & Shampoo
- Mite Marvel Spray
