Shipping Information

What shipping methods are available?

We offer free standard shipping (3–6 business days) on most orders within the United States. Express shipping is also available at checkout for faster delivery. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday-Saturday) ship the same business day.

How long will it take to get my package?

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–6 business days with standard shipping. Express shipping typically delivers in 1–3 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and usually range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on customs processing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to select international destinations via USPS and DHL Express. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Payment Information

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for fast and secure checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our encrypted payment system.

Is buying online safe?

Absolutely. Your payment information is fully encrypted and processed through secure, industry-standard payment gateways. We never store your credit card details on our servers. Plus, with options like Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, your checkout is protected by additional layers of security.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an order?

Browse our products, add items to your cart, and click checkout. Enter your shipping and payment information, review your order, and click "Complete Order." You'll receive an order confirmation email right away.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders, save your shipping information, and access your order history for future reference.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Click the link to see real-time updates on your package's location and estimated delivery date. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us immediately at matt@tamedsavage.com or 678-642-2973. If your order hasn't shipped yet (orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same day), we'll do our best to cancel or modify it. Once an order has shipped, you'll need to follow our standard return process.

How do I return an item?

We accept returns within 90 days of your order date.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Single bottle returns have no restocking fee. Kits and multi-item purchases are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your return.
