Refund policy
Simple Returns!
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to make a return.
1. Returns must include all containers and product packaging (full or not). You do not need a return authorization number.
2. Please simply indicate your order number and / or the name of the person that placed the order when you package your products for return.

5. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lost Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Tamed Organics is not responsible for lost Shipments or Shipments made to incorrectly provided addresses All orders are shipped within 24 hours or less from our Atlanta GA area warehouse. We provide tracking Numbers and shipping confirmation to you on all orders.. Your shipment will be updated as it processes through our system and while in transit to your address via email. Note: We are not responsible lost or missing Shipments that are confirmed Delivered by the carrier. These claims must be made by you with the shipping company.
Shipments returned for incorrect addresses can be reshipped after receiving payment from the customer for additional shipping charges. Customers choosing to cancel will be subject to a 50% restocking Fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For the fastest response please either use the messaging app on the website or email us directly at matt@tamedsave.com
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
