Refund policy

 

• Returns are accepted for 90 days from the Order date. Our Return address is: Tamed Organics, 5454 McCullers Ln, Loganville, GA, 30052, United States. Please provide the order number and name in your return package.
• Customer pays return shipping
• Refunds will generally be made within 2 business days of the receipt of the return.
• No restocking fee on single bottle returns.
• Because of past abuse of our return policy. Kits and multi-item purchases are subject to a 50% restocking fee, as these products can not be resold.
• Final sale items are not eligible for refund
• Tamed Organics is not responsible for lost Shipments or Shipments made to incorrectly provided addresses. Shipments returned for incorrect addresses can be reshipped after receiving payment from the customer for additional shipping charges. Customers choosing to cancel will be subject to a 50% restocking Fee.  Please file lost or damaged shipment claims with the carrier.
